Design is always one of the favorite subjects for students to explore and achieve their maximum potential. During this unprecedented pandemic time, students have turned challenges into opportunities. The world-class infrastructure, best teaching methodologies, and cutting-edge technology from Oakridge Bangalore have helped students to continue their learning uninterrupted and opened a new world of possibilities.

Emerging technology-3D Printing:  

With the benefits of the additive manufacturing process, the students of MYP1 to MYP3 were had great opportunities to understand and create 3D models using TinkerCAD, exporting 3D models into a printable file, and manufacturing using an FDM 3D printer.

Automation using Arduino:

Arduino is an open-source electronics platform that creates the next generation of STEAM programs that empowers students to find a solution to real-world problems. Students of MYP3 and MYP4 have created innovative sustainable solutions and expanded their learning and enhanced their critical and creative thinking.

Animation using Programming:

Learning computer programming language was hard for students but not our little Larry pages and bill gates of Oakridge. MYP1 students love to create animations using python turtle. This empowers the student to build a strong foundation in importing library functions, creating variables, and calling functions. Students have created amazing animations with their creative ideas.

Web designing using HTML and CSS

Students of MY3 have created web pages using hypertext mark-up language and cascading style sheet and through web designing students have enhanced user programming skills, UI designing skills, and problem-solving skills. 

We believe that the most crucial goal of education is not achieving high academic grades but developing the quality of integrity and fairness, the habit of hard work and service, and the ability to be resilient.
