As part of our PYP 3 learners’ ongoing Unit of Inquiry on “Animals,” Oakridge International School recently hosted an engaging Pet Panel Talk. Pet parent volunteers from our school community joined us with their beloved companions 🐶🐹🐢🐠 to share their experiences and insights about animal care, helping students connect classroom learning to real-world applications.

The interactive session at Oakridge International School provided our children with valuable opportunities to develop empathy, responsibility, and compassion towards animals while gaining deeper understanding of pet needs, behaviors, and welfare. Our PYP 3 students were genuinely inspired by the practical advice and heartwarming stories shared by our pet parent community.
