Working with one of the best international schools over last 1.5 years, I have realized that the role of cultural diversity in education and how can we prepare students for a globalized world?
At Oakridge International School, Mohali we believe that cultural diversity in education helps to prepare students to become global citizens. Students who have an understanding of different cultures, customs, and beliefs are better equipped to work with people from different backgrounds. They are also more likely to be open-minded and culturally sensitive, which is essential in a globalized workforce.
