Dear Oakridge Community, 

I hope this message finds you all in good health and high spirits. It’s my pleasure to provide you with an update on the latest happenings in our dynamic school. 

October brings with it a special reason to celebrate – we got awarded with the Best International Day School in Punjab for the 8th consecutive year by Education World Awards 2023-24! It is a proud moment for us all!

On the occasion of International School Library Month, our school-wide festivities have ignited a love for reading in our students. From literary adventures to creative expressions, this month has truly been a page-turner in our library’s history. 

One of the highlights of the past weeks has been the delightful Coffee Mornings with our Early Years parents. These informal gatherings have provided an excellent platform for candid conversations, sharing experiences, and fostering a strong sense of community. I’ve cherished every moment spent with our dedicated parents, and I look forward to many more of these engaging interactions. 

Our Munch Parties continue to be a source of joy and inspiration. Spending time with our students, engaging in meaningful conversations, and sharing ideas has been invigorating. These gatherings are not just about delicious snacks but about strengthening the bonds that make our school community so vibrant. 

Our school is buzzing with enthusiasm as preparations for the Annual Concert are in full swing. It’s heartening to witness the dedication and creativity of our students and teachers as they work tirelessly to create a memorable event. The excitement is palpable, and I can’t wait to see the magic they’ll bring to the stage. 

I’m delighted to share that we have added three new buses to our school fleet. This addition is a testament to our commitment to ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our students. It’s an investment in their well-being, and we continue to uphold the highest standards of safety. 

 Our commitment to providing the best learning environment is unwavering. We’re thrilled to announce the refurbishment of our ICT lab for secondary students. This upgraded facility aligns with our dedication to fostering digital literacy and providing a space where innovation and exploration can flourish. 

As we move forward, I am confident that our Oakridge community will continue to grow, learn, and achieve great things together. Our school is not just a place of education; it’s a hub of inspiration, connection, and opportunity. 

I want to express my deepest gratitude to our incredible students, dedicated parents, and passionate educators for making our school a truly exceptional place of learning.
