Many congratulations to Supriya W, Ritu P and UNICEF students Unnathi, Jia and Siddharth P in particular and the entire school in general for the NAE Social Impact Award. This recognition is a testament of our commitment to value-based education.
We place the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the UN Sustainable Development Goals at the heart of our ethos and shine as a Nord Anglia Social Impact School.
Our Social Impact leaders Unnathi, Jia and Siddharth P are selected for NAE-UNICEF Student Summit in New York.
Siddharth and Jia will travel to New York in July to participate in this prestigious leadership summit being held at UNICEF headquarters.
This is a unique opportunity exclusive to Nord Anglia Education and 140 children across the world will be participating in it.
Our student ambassadors will demonstrate the action our school is taking to tackle the United Nation’s Global Goals for sustainable development.
It is indeed a matter of pride that Ms Indrani Roy, our STEAM Lead and MYP Science Facilitator received an invitation to attend the Summer MIT Professional Development Week at MIT, Boston.
Every summer, selected Nord Anglia teachers visit the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to receive hands-on training from MIT researchers and renowned academics. Activities include discussions and workshops with leading engineers and scientists about such topics as climate change, bioengineering and space exploration.
Bhavya Doshi & Myra Kulkarni have been awarded a place at the first High School MIT-Nord Anglia STEAM experience in Cambridge, Massachusetts from October 30th to November 3rd, 2023. Among all the 5 Oakridge schools consisting of more than 7 thousand children altogether, only 5 students have been selected (2 from Bangalore, 1 from Hyderabad and 2 from Vizag) by the MIT team for this honour.
It is time for Oakridge Summer Learning Program for Grades 3 to 9!
