The school wore an air of festivity in the virtual space.

To keep the spirit of togetherness alive once again Oakridge International School went online celebrating its Annual Concert: Heal the World bringing alive the tremendous effort put in and work done in the past academic session: 2020-21.

The event unfolded with an attempt to present the transformative learning experience that the children are experiencing even in the ‘Hybrid Mode’ of learning. Also, it brought together the entire fraternity at one place, though virtually.

The school celebrated their grand day with Mr. Brian Cooklin, Managing Director, Nord Anglia Education India as the Chief Guest and Mrs. Harbhajan Kaur, Brand Owner Bachpan Yaad Aajaye as the Guest of Honour.

Mr. Cooklin said “I am immensely glad to see the school in glory; moreover, the theme chosen aptly fits the times wherein everyone is trying to heal their surroundings.”

The show beautifully showcased the wide range of presentations: from in-house achievements to the laurels clinched on the platforms outside school. Moreover, the theatrical presentations put together the four powerful sentiments: Dream it, Believe it, Build it, Nurture it in the form of four stories.

Ms. Ramanjit Ghuman, Principal, Oakridge International School, Mohali expressed her deepest gratitude to every member who has been a part of this ceremony. Additionally, she expressed appreciation and acknowledgement to Ms. Harbhajan Kaur for allowing us to share her inspirational journey- ‘Ek Sadar’, of becoming an entrepreneur at the age of 90.

The show culminated on the idea of being one now and forever because our companionship is our strength. Together we can bring ‘healing’ to our world.
