Principal’s Desk Update – October 2021

  • 18 October 2021

Dear Parents,

Trust you and your families are doing great this festive season. We are delighted to have students back to school after a rejuvenating and a relaxing break. We are also exuberant with all the latest developments, the great progress that we have been making with time and situation getting better. As the students are gradually returning to school in a phased manner and the campus is abuzz again with their chattering and actions, it is quite a sight to behold. I truly appreciate the faith and confidence that you parents have shown in us, and I assure you that we would keep up our commitment towards our utmost priority — student safety and well-being.

The overwhelming response by parents at ‘Early Years Meet and Greet’ has instilled great confidence in us. With a 100 % vaccinated staff on board and safety protocols in place, we are positive that things are only going to get better now.

Teachers are confidently conducting the classes in the hybrid mode and full-fledged learning has been happening. Assessments, activities and clubs are all being conducted smoothly without any hassles. The previous term had been rocking and it got concluded with the successful completion of a major event, a three-day conference of intense debate amongst our international-minded Oakridgers at Oakridge MUN NAE-India Regional Conference, which was conducted in the virtual mode.

We are also thrilled to have Mr.Brian Cooklin, Managing Director – India, NAE join us for the first time ever since he has taken the office last year. It was a pleasure to have him add splendour to our Dussehra Celebration at the Gachibowli campus with his gracious presence; and now we excitedly look forward to his enriching guidance and support as he will be visiting the school this week and have close interactions with our students, teachers and the leadership team.

Many more exciting events and milestones are round the corner and we just cannot wait to unveil them. Stay tuned for more… Stay safe, stay healthy!

Warm Regards

Hema Chennupaty
