A global academic tournament that celebrates learning, teamwork and curiosity
The World Scholar’s Cup is an international academic tournament and enrichment program, conducted in over 60 countries around the world with over 60,000 participants each year. How to Prepare
Each year, students explore an original interdisciplinary theme through six subject areas: Science & Technology, Art & Music, Literature & Language, History, Social Studies, and a unique Special Area. Events Details:
- Dates: 26-27 September, 2026
- Timings: Day1 – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Day2 – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Eligibility: Ages 11-18 years
- Venue: Oakridge International School, Gachibowli
Registration Guidelines
- Only students born on or after January 1, 2012 may participate in the Junior Division. Any team with at least one student born before January 1, 2012 will be considered a Senior Division team.
- Interested students must register their names with the School Point of Contact (Teacher-in-Charge).
- The School Point of Contact (SPOC) will submit the registration form with the names of all participating students/ teams to india@scholarscup.org.
- There is no limit to the number of teams a school may register.
- Each team must consist of three students.
- Once the registration details have been submitted, the school or parent must complete the registration by making the required payment through this payment portal.
What to Expect:
WSC is designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills in public speaking, critical thinking, research, and collaboration. For the best sense of the program, we recommend this quick video featuring footage from some of our Global Rounds last year.

Selected scholars will participate in additional events like the Debate Showcase and the Scholar’s (Un)Talent Show!
A light breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks are included on both days.
