Dear Parents

This month so far has been a wonderful reflection of what makes our learning community so special. Across academics, leadership, sports, and the arts, our students have continued to embrace every opportunity to grow.

We began the month by celebrating our Annual Prize Day, recognising students for their outstanding academic achievements in the previous academic year. While we applauded those who received awards, the occasion was equally a celebration of the effort, perseverance, and commitment demonstrated by every learner, because each student’s journey is one of growth and deserves to be acknowledged.

That spirit of growth has also been evident during our Parent–Student–Educator Meets. These conversations have centred on thoughtful goal-setting and strengthening the partnership between school and home. We deeply value our parents as true partners in their children’s progress, and this shared commitment continues to create the strongest foundation for student success.

Another memorable highlight was Ekatvam, the Theory of Knowledge Exhibition presented by our IBDP Class of 2027. The depth of inquiry, quality of presentation, and thoughtful exploration of knowledge reflected the true spirit of the IB learner.

Within our classrooms, it has been equally rewarding to see learning being brought to life through innovative, hands-on, and experiential experiences. By integrating world-class teaching practices into everyday learning, we continue to nurture curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and independence.

Beyond the classroom, our inter-house sports competitions have commenced with tremendous enthusiasm. The sportsmanship, resilience, teamwork, and house spirit displayed by our students are powerful reminders that education extends far beyond academics, shaping character as much as capability.

Leadership has also taken centre stage this month with the prefect selection interviews for our Primary and Secondary student bodies. It was inspiring to hear our students articulate their perspectives on leadership, responsibility, and service. Their confidence and sense of purpose reaffirm the strength of our student community, and we look forward to seeing our future student leaders make a meaningful impact.

We also take immense pride in celebrating our students’ outstanding achievements at the Natyaravali Dance Competition, where they earned several prizes while demonstrating exceptional talent, discipline, and dedication.

We are also excited to host the Oakridge Visakhapatnam Model United Nations from 31 July to 2 August at our Siripuram Campus for students from Grade 8 onwards. I encourage every participant to make the most of this enriching opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, broaden their perspectives, and strengthen the confidence to lead with purpose.

As we move ahead, I look forward to all that we will achieve together in the coming months.
