Oakridge International School, Visakhapatnam, in collaboration with SpaceGen Aviation, hosted Oakridge AeroXperience on 13 and 14 December. This two-day, hands-on STEM aviation workshop welcomed students from Grades 3–12 across schools, giving them a unique opportunity to explore the exciting world of aerospace. 

Over the two days, students built aircraft models, assembled and flew drones, designed and launched rockets, experienced flight and drone simulators, and understood tactical radar systems. The workshop also featured an aircraft and drone show, transforming the school campus into a dynamic aerospace learning environment.

The workshop was led by Captain Vigo, a distinguished pilot, skydiver, and aircraft designer. Along with his team from SpaceGen Aviation, he guided students through each activity, sharing real-world aviation insights and hands-on learning experiences. 

Students left the workshop with a deeper understanding of aerodynamics, engineering, and STEM principles, along with enhanced problem-solving, teamwork, and creative thinking skills.
