Principal’s Desk Update – April 2025
- 8 April 2025
Dear Parents,
As we step into a new academic year filled with hope and enthusiasm, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on some recent milestones and share exciting updates with you.
We recently celebrated significant transitions in our students’ learning journeys through the Graduation Ceremonies for our EY 2 and Grade 5 learners. It was heartwarming to witness our youngest students move from Early Years to Primary Years, while our Grade 5 students stepped confidently into Secondary Years.
We were also honoured to welcome Mr. Christopher Short, Managing Director of Nord Anglia Education, India, to the Graduation Ceremony of our outgoing Grade 12 students, the Class of 2025. His inspiring words encouraged our students to embrace every opportunity and pursue their dreams with determination.
Our Grade 12 graduates are now ready to begin their journeys into higher education, with many receiving offers from top universities across India and around the world. We are pleased to share that around 58% of the offers received by our students are from universities ranked among the top 100 globally. The university placement process is progressing steadily and remains on track for 100% placements, with more confirmations on the horizon.
A heartfelt thank you to all the parents who joined us in celebrating these achievements. Your presence added immense joy and meaning to these special occasions.
As our Grade 10 and 12 students have already commenced their new academic year, we now look forward to welcoming all students back on April 14, marking the official start of the 2025–26 academic year. Alongside our existing students, we are excited to welcome new joiners and a group of enthusiastic new teachers, who are currently undergoing training to ensure a smooth and prepared start for all.
In response to parent feedback and as part of our continued focus on student well-being, we are pleased to introduce an afternoon transport facility from the Early Years Campus. We believe this will enhance convenience and comfort for many of our families.
You may have already received class photographs, thank-you notes, and e-portfolios from last year’s teachers. In the coming days, your child’s new teachers will be reaching out to introduce themselves and share their plans for the year ahead.
Thank you once again for your unwavering support throughout the previous academic year. We look forward to partnering with you to make this new year even more joyful, meaningful, and successful for our students.
Warm regards,
Shaila Bhamidipati
