Currently serving as the Early Years Programme (EYP) Coordinator and Language Arts facilitator at Oakridge International School. Sunaina brings with her over two plus years of IB teaching experience, complemented by eight years in the IT industry. She holds a master’s degree in computer applications and a bachelor’s degree in education, specialising in Mathematics and English.

Her professional growth includes being an HP IDEA Fellow, Jolly Phonics trained, and having attended IB-certified workshops in curriculum planning, behaviour strategies, and innovative pedagogy. She actively pursues professional development through Nord Anglia University.

One of her most enriching experiences was attending the PYP Exhibition at Pathways World School Gurugram, which deepened her belief in student-led learning. At Oakridge, she is proud to lead EYP initiatives, contribute to academic events, and foster a nurturing environment where every child is empowered to explore, express, and evolve.
