Renu Kharbanda is an accomplished and result-driven educational professional with 15 years of diverse experience in leadership, academics, and administration. Holding an MA (Pol Sci), an MPA (Public Administration), a PGDHRM, and a B.Com. with DOEACC ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels in Computers, her career is characterized by a dynamic and proactive mindset, a guiding vision of positivity, teamwork, and continuous learning as a process, and an unwavering commitment to cultivating inspiring, student-centered learning environments.

With significant experience as a Secondary Teacher and Primary Years Coordinator in different schools across India, Renu has been a driving force in shaping comprehensive academic programs and championing holistic student development. At Oakridge International School, Mohali, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and played a pivotal role within the primary IB curriculum, showcasing her profound expertise in nurturing positive and enriching learning experiences.
