Dear Parents,

As we embark on another month at Oakridge, I have the opportunity to present only a few of the many engaging activities in store for our students. Every activity on our calendar demonstrates our attention to curious children, constructive relationships, and interested global citizens.

Celebrating Identity and Community

Through special assemblies, performances, and other types of experiential learning opportunities, our community will have the opportunity to celebrate our country’s Independence Day, and the values of unity, responsibility, and pride.

Learning that Extends Beyond The Classroom

In pursuit of the same goal, and building practicing growing and personal development, we have organized a number of activities for our students, and competitive sports leagues for grades 4 to 12 students where we will emphasize the values of healthy competition, cooperation, and resilience while we practice fair play and competition between the different houses.

Progress Parade

The Early Years Progress Parade is another fun activity where students share their progress, their journey, and their understandings through interactive presentations prepared by the students along with their reflections on the IB learning curriculum.

Global University Fair

Our secondary students will also have the opportunity to explore and make informed choices about their career during the University Fair. The school will provide the students with an open platform to deep dive into renowned national international universities and their different programs as per their specific subject choices all under one roof.

Prioritising Growth and Well-being

This month’s Student Progress Conferences gave our students the opportunity to reflect and collaborate as they took charge of their academic journey and participated in leveled discussions about their progress. A true way to connect, collaborate and arrive at the best of outcomes.

The school also had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Luke, the Safeguarding head at Nord Anglia education, who visited the campus to share valuable insights on safeguarding and well-being, addressing the student council, teachers and the entire staff. His presence made a real time difference bringing in positivity and clarity.

Every experience we bring to our students is truly amazing because of the enthusiasm, originality, and perseverance that they reflect.
