From Inspiration to Action: A Community of Changemakers

  • 1 September 2025

Looking back on an energetic and inspiring August, we feel a deep sense of pride in our students’ remarkable achievements! They have taken on leadership roles in the Student Council, excelled in their studies, sports, and impactful social projects. Their dedication to growing and striving for excellence has been genuinely motivating.

Our tiniest learners of Early years embarked on a delightful sensory adventure at Anthara Café. Marking a magical week-long celebration of India’s spirit – we had Cambridge Primary kids immersed in activities that ranged from sharing Dada-Dadi ke Anubhav to an exciting Inter House interhouse quiz competition.
Grade 2 to 5 PYP kids celebrated a vibrant tricolour food mela, embracing India’s vibrant spirit. Following this, the OAKBMUN event offered an enriching platform that went beyond traditional debate, encouraging students to develop diplomacy, negotiation, and leadership skills in a dynamic setting. Thus, celebrating knowledge, honouring our heritage, and embracing a deep love for our nation.

Complementing these events, the Early Years and Primary Parents Partners Program fostered meaningful connections between parents and educators, creating a collaborative space where both could share insights and work together to support student growth.

Together, these initiatives reflect our commitment to building a thriving educational community rooted in partnership and innovation.

The recent Open Day at our school provided a vibrant forum to explore the world of learning, creativity, and innovation. Students, parents, and educators came together to engage in hands-on experiences that brought education to life, showcasing projects that highlighted curiosity and critical thinking in action. Every exchange helped deepen our connections, making sure every voice felt valued and heard.

The Student ID issued to your child contains an RFID chip, and it is mandatory to carry the Student ID card to access school services like lunch and transportation.

Parents are encouraged to help their children review feedback, create positive study spaces at home, and keep in touch with teachers to tackle any challenges.

September Spotlight: Key highlights to look forward to:

  • This September, students will have a fantastic chance to join an educational trip to the beautiful cities of Bangalore, Mysore, and Ooty! This is a wonderful opportunity to discover rich history, lively culture, and stunning wildlife.
  • The Regional Model United Nations 2025 will be held at Oakridge International School, Bengaluru, on 19–20 September, offering students aged 11–18 from Grades 6 to 12 (CBSE, Cambridge, IGCSE, IBDP) a chance to develop skills in diplomacy, public speaking, negotiation, and leadership.

In this community of learners and supporters, every step forward is a shared achievement. Let’s unite in fostering empowered, empathetic global citizens prepared to lead with vision and integrity.
