Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback through the Annual Parent Survey. With 364 parent responses, your insights give us a valuable and honest picture of what is working well and where we can continue to grow as a school.

What Parents Value Most

We are encouraged to see strong affirmation in several key areas, particularly:

· Quality of education and leadership, with a large majority of parents expressing confidence in the learning experience and the direction of the school

· A stimulating, caring, and safe environment where children feel happy, supported, and motivated to learn

· Holistic development, including wellbeing, co-curricular opportunities, learning beyond the classroom, and social purpose initiatives

· Approachability of teachers and leadership, and timely communication regarding school updates and academic progress

· Well-regarded facilities, including classrooms, science labs, sports infrastructure, and learning spaces

Many parents also shared that their children enjoy coming to school and feel confident, cared for, and engaged; feedback that we value deeply.

Areas We Are Committed to Strengthening

At the same time, your responses have clearly highlighted areas where we must do better. Key focus areas emerging from the survey include:

· Consistency and depth of teaching across subjects, with particular attention to subject expertise and continuity

· Stronger academic reinforcement, ensuring classroom learning, practice, feedback, and assessment are closely aligned

· Greater depth in sports and co-curricular programmes, beyond participation to skill development

· Clearer communication around learning expectations and outcomes, helping parents better understand the purpose and impact of our academic and co-curricular approach.

· Transport and travel-related concerns, many of which have already been addressed through the introduction of new buses on key routes, with continued improvements planned going forward. 

Our Way Forward

We take your feedback seriously. Each of these focus areas is already informing our academic planning, staffing conversations, professional development priorities, and programme reviews for the coming term and year.

Our commitment remains clear: to provide a high-quality, balanced education where every child is known, supported, challenged, and prepared for the future while continuously improving through partnership with our parent community.
