Dear Parents, 

As we step into December, the campus is buzzing with energy and anticipation. Our Annual Day preparations are in full swing, with our Early and Primary Years taking the stage on December 19 and our Secondary Years on December 20. We are excited to welcome you to celebrate the talent and spirit of our students as they bring weeks of hard work to life on stage. 

We are also gearing up for the Oakridge AeroXperience on December 13 and 14 for Grades 3 to 12. This unique two-day event will give students the chance to build model aircraft, design and launch rockets, fly drones, and try their hand at flight simulators. We encourage you to motivate your children to participate in this one-of-a-kind aviation and STEM experience that connects hands-on learning with emerging career pathways and industry insights. 

With the deadline for the Annual Parent Survey approaching tomorrow, we extend our sincere thanks to all parents who have already shared their feedback. For those who haven’t yet had the chance, we encourage you to take a few minutes to complete the survey and support us in continuing to enhance the Oakridge experience. 

I am also delighted to share that our Skating Rink and STEAM Lab are now open. These new additions offer students exciting opportunities to explore movement, innovation, and design thinking in purposefully built spaces. It has been wonderful to see our Early Years to Grade 3 students already enjoying the skating rink under the guidance of our skating coach, and we are happy to introduce skating as an optional sport for Grades 4 and above from the next academic year. Alongside this, our Open Classrooms initiative has been well received, and we look forward to hosting more sessions to allow parents to experience learning first-hand and engage closely with our teaching practices. 

Our university placements are progressing strongly. This year, our students have already secured admissions in some of the world’s top institutions, including the University of Melbourne, University of Pittsburgh, University of Minnesota, American University of Ras Al Khaimah, Monash University, and SP Jain School of Global Management. They are stepping into prestigious programs such as BSc Physics, BSc Mathematics and Statistics, Computer Science Engineering, Design and Architecture, and Biomedicine, reflecting their dedication and the school’s strong academic guidance.
