The 2026-27 academic year has got off to a flying start with a new experience for one and all. The month of June seems to pass by in a blink; so, let’s take a few moments to appreciate the people, programs, and moments that work in concert every day to make Oakridge a truly special place.
We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our IB Diploma Programme students. Their hard work, resilience, and commitment to excellence have led to remarkable results.
Top Performers
Our students also excelled in the IB Core, achieving an average CORE score of 2.5/3, with 46% securing a perfect 3/3. In the Extended Essay, 27% earned an A grade and 82% achieved A/B grades. In Theory of Knowledge, 36% received an A grade, while 100% secured A/B grades.
Their success extended across subjects as well, with perfect scores of 7/7 in Physics SL, Chemistry HL, Biology SL, and Biology HL. Strong subject averages were also maintained in English A Language & Literature, Hindi B, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, and Mathematics AA.

As said-It takes a village to raise a child and reaping in the laurels of sincere efforts and soulful dedication, I thank our parent community for working closely with the school all these years.
Self-management requires us to take control of our life, accept responsibility, make good decisions, and make changes as needed. And our Oakridgers are no exception to this. Students have notched places for themselves in prestigious World-Class Universities.
The academic year brought in tranquillity during chaos and led us to find inner peace through the practice of yoga – celebrating International Yoga Day. It was initiated to create awareness of the importance of Yoga in physical and mental well-being.
The campus came alive with rhythm and harmony as we celebrated World Music Day through music, creativity, and collaboration.
Our kids of Nursery and Early years are abuzz with exciting learning activities! Our little learners are immersed in a world of educational exploration and discovery.
With excitement and anticipation, we look forward to two significant events this month. The JMUN Conference, scheduled for 11th and 12th July, will provide our students with a platform to develop leadership, diplomacy, and global perspectives through meaningful dialogue and collaboration. Later, on 29th July, the Investiture Ceremony will mark a proud milestone as our newly elected Student Council members formally assume their leadership roles, pledging to serve with integrity, responsibility, and commitment.
We are all capable of excellence. Some find this path intuitively while others need to be gently led from the edge of the nadir to the very zenith of greatness. Accepting this outlook means raising the bar for ourselves - to see this as a wonderful opportunity to enrich the life of those who walk through our portals. As we set forth, I look towards discovering profound acts of courage and goodness in everyday tasks. I also look for community and parent support in creating an environment of mutual collaboration and respect so that this school becomes a place of countless opportunities to learn and grow.
And as always said - At Oakridge, it has always been about thinking unprompted-staying curious, taking initiative, and staying ahead.
