Rajive Dhavan: From a Retail Clerk (Helper) at a clothing store to an award-winning Digital Marketer,Author & a Serial Entrepreneur who started his entrepreneurial journey in 2010, at the age of 22, today, heads three successful businesses – What’s In a Name Creatives, Namesake Productions, Just Flaunt Salon – and a Welfare Foundation for children called SeeMaa. His recent awards include the coveted TV5 Business Leader of The Year (Services), All India Achievers Award for Business Excellence, Telangana Brand Leadership Award and Ramoji Young Voyager Award for Digital Marketing.

Varun Akhnoor
An entrepreneur and an innovation ecosystem expert, Varun has worked with several institutions in setting up their incubators and build a startup ecosystem. He has also worked with multiple startups to help and develop innovative ideas and concepts, prototype new businesses, and build organizational capabilities. He worked as Senior Manager, Technology Business Incubator at Bits Pilani-Hyderabad Campus; as Manager of DLABS Business Incubator at Indian School of Business Hyderabad; as Manager, Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at IIIT Hyderabad and currently working as Senior-VP at WE Hub (a Govt of Telangana Initiative) to promote women entrepreneurship in the state.

Pavan Allena
Pavan is the founding member of Metamorphosis, who had the seed of entrepreneurship inside him since his school days. At just the age of 19, he co-founded Fleetalytics - an IoT-based school buses tracking system and successfully exited at the age of 22. After exiting, he founded Metamorphosis - an educational organisation that provides curriculum on Entrepreneurship for Schools and Colleges. He was awarded as 40 under 40 most vibrant entrepreneurs by edex-Indian Express for his phenomenal value creation in the educational industry. He was also awarded as 30 under 30 top entrepreneurs by Brainfeed.

Suhas Kaul
A Mechanical engineer by education, Suhas found his calling with education after his lifelong dream of building cars & motorcycles. Suhas started with his first venture - LearnEd in 2014 along with Luvieen which became a prominent education consultancy that it is today working with clients like GMAC, Indian School of Business, UNICEF, International Paper, Govt of Telangana & AP among the few. Post which along with Megha & Luvieen, Mentormind came into existence in September 2017 to bridge the gap between the academia and the industry, thus helping students and recent graduates be more career ready. Prominent in Business Development, Sales and early stage business operations, he is currently COO for LearnEd and Mentormind and continues to lead the team across verticals.

Shanta Thoutam
While pursuing her PhD, Shanta had an opportunity to serve the Arrowhead Center, primary economic development arm of NMSU, in various capacities including Technology Commercialization Associate, Commercialization Analyst, Director of Launch Competition, a Proof of Concept Center & a technology commercialization accelerator that created 10 startups and 10+ patents. For 5+ years, she has played a key role in bridging the gap between NMSU and market by successfully advancing technologies emerging from campus to business development settings. Vice President of Corporate Innovation & Business Development at T-Hub, she has been spearheading various open innovation programs for Corporates that are scouting for startups working on disruptive technologies emerging in sectors including AgriTech, FinTech, HealthTech, Sustainability, Transportation and Logistics, Smart City etc.
