About the Event
Oakridge JMUN is a three-day United Nations simulation designed for students of Grades 6–8, offering them a platform to explore diplomacy, international relations, and global problem-solving.
What to Expect?
- Pre-Conference Training: Delegates will undergo structured training sessions to gain confidence and learn the art of debate and diplomacy.
- Delegate Kits: Each participant will receive a delegate kit on the first day for ease and convenience.
- Committee Sessions: Around 12 committees will run in parallel, each focusing on specific global agendas. Students will research, discuss, and negotiate resolutions in their dedicated committee rooms.
- Breaks & Meals: 1–2 snack breaks daily during sessions, along with school lunch provided for all delegates across the three days.
- Social Evening: On Day 2, delegates will come together for a cultural evening with music, dance, and dinner in the Multi-Purpose Hall — a celebration of collaboration and friendships beyond the committee rooms.

Registration Process:
- Step 1: Make a payment of ₹3,500 on the payment portal.
- Step 2: After completing the payment, revisit the portal. Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and collect the payment ID.
- Step 3: Access the official delegate registration form, available on the payment portal. Within this form, fill in your personal details along with committee and country preferences – https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/GLEHft9YEc
- Step 4: Use the valid payment ID and enter it in the designated field on the form.
- Step 5: Submit the form to confirm your registration for Oakridge JMUN 2025.
*Note: Delegates will not be able to submit the registration form unless a valid payment ID is provided under the designated section of the form. Oakridge Gachibowli students can register as individual registration. External school students can register as individual or register as a group (to be done by the School’s Faculty Advisor).
