The Academic Year 2026-27 began with excitement as our MYP and IBDP students returned to campus for an unforgettable journey through time. With the vibrant Time Travel theme setting the scene, students stepped into a year of new opportunities, meaningful learning, and future-focused growth. We look forward to another year of curiosity, innovation, and success together.

IBDP Grade 12 results

Our IBDP Class of 2026 has once again demonstrated exceptional academic excellence, achieving a school average of 34.21, an increase from 33 points in 2025. The cohort’s highest score of 44 points reflects their dedication and perseverance, while 75% of students scored above the global average.

The results also showcase remarkable achievements across the diploma programme, with 18% of students scoring above 40 points and 50% achieving over 35 points. In the IB Core, 51% of diploma students earned the maximum 3/3 points in TOK and the Extended Essay, with 82% receiving A or B grades in the Extended Essay and 89% achieving A or B grades in TOK.

These accomplishments are a testament to the hard work of our students, the unwavering support of parents, and the commitment of our educators. We congratulate the Class of 2026 on this outstanding milestone and wish them every success as they embark on their next chapter.

OAKMUN Chapter 16: Three Days of Diplomacy, Leadership, and Collaboration

Oakridge Gachibowli successfully concluded OAKMUN Chapter 16, a dynamic three-day conference that brought together 600+ students from over 50 schools across India. The event fostered meaningful dialogue, critical thinking, and global awareness, while also extending opportunities to 30 girl students from the Sai Seva Sangh NGO to participate and engage in the MUN experience.

Featuring 17 committees, including the newly introduced FIFA Committee, the conference challenged delegates to tackle diverse global issues through debate, negotiation, and collaboration. Led by a talented team of Secretariat and Executive Board members, the event also marked the announcement of the Top 4 Secretariat members for the next edition of OAKMUN.

From engaging committee sessions and networking opportunities to an energetic social night, delegates experienced three days filled with learning, leadership, and connection. The conference concluded with a memorable closing ceremony that celebrated outstanding achievements through Outstanding Performers, Best Delegate and Best Delegation Awards, bringing another successful chapter of OAKMUN to a close.

Leadership Camp 2026: Building Future Leaders

Our CBSE Grade 12 and DP2 students embarked on an inspiring leadership journey during the Leadership Camp 2026, held in Vikarabad on 17 and 18 July 2026. The two-day residential experience provided students with the opportunity to step outside their comfort zones and develop essential leadership and life skills.

Through a range of team-building activities, outdoor challenges, problem-solving tasks, adventure-based experiences, and reflective sessions, students strengthened their collaboration, resilience, and decision-making abilities. The camp was a memorable and rewarding experience, empowering students to embrace responsibility, work effectively as a team, and lead with confidence and integrity.

University Placements 2026: Pathways to Global Success

The Class of 2026 has secured offers from a diverse range of prestigious institutions across India and around the world, reflecting their academic excellence, ambition, and perseverance. Our CBSE and IBDP graduates will be pursuing programmes spanning engineering, business, economics, law, sciences, medicine, humanities, and technology at leading universities in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, the UAE, and India.

From globally renowned institutions such as Imperial College London, Brown University, Carnegie Mellon University, the University of California, Berkeley, the University of Michigan, Purdue University, the University of Warwick, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, to top Indian universities including NLSIU, BITS Pilani, NMIMS, FLAME University, Christ University, and Symbiosis, our students have earned opportunities that align with their passions and aspirations.

Student Achievements and recognitions

Our students continue to shine on the sporting stage with exceptional achievements across basketball and swimming. Congratulations to Arjun Krishna Dhaduvai, Krish Chawda (Grade 10), and Sidhanth, who led their team to victory as Telangana Junior Basketball League (TJBL) 2026 Champions. We also celebrate Arjun for representing Team Hyderabad and securing victory at the 11th Youth BFI District Championship. Adding to the celebrations, Krish Chawda emerged as a winner at the Telangana District Basketball Tournament and was honoured as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for his outstanding performance. Grade 6 student Nuhaa Fatima delivered an exceptional season in competitive swimming, securing multiple gold and silver medals across district and state-level competitions. Her accomplishments include dominant performances in freestyle and backstroke events at the Hyderabad Senior District Championships, podium finishes at the 11th Telangana Senior State Championship, and outstanding results at several regional meets. Her dedication, consistency, and passion for the sport have earned her individual honours and recognition at the state level.
