She firmly believes that every child has a treasure within .Her enthusiastic and passionate outlook towards education and to commission society development projects like “ Go – Green “ and “ Education for all” along with students help them have a broader outlook and also builds a culture of compassion and service.

Rashmi is a creative thinker and keeps the students engaged with her fun classroom activities. When she is free , she loves trying her hand-out in jewelry designing and making fun fridge magnets. She is inspirational and her energy almost transfers to the class.
