The best way to learn about the natural world is through hands-on activities and experiences. Children of EYP2, Einstein Campus learnt about the ‘Parts of a Plant’ through an activity. In this hands-on activity, children created their own plants using paper cuttings which helped them to identify and remember the parts of a plant. Children were able to identify and describe the basic parts of a plant like a root, stem, flower, leaf. Children enjoyed the activity thoroughly.
