Ronita Dasgupta

As the Global Campus Lead, I am passionate about children participating and learning through a fun way consistently. I am an Economics graduate with a PGDSM in sales and marketing. I have been teaching for the last 10 years. I stumbled into teaching by chance and I have been loving it for every moment of it. As I started my teaching career with the early years they happen to be my favourite set of children.

I have gradually moved on to managing the activity team, I worked on the curriculum development and planning, it was a winding path but it feels good to see how we as a team have tried innovative ways to teach our students and make learning interesting. I also feel the success of the team is when each member supports the other and when that happens a team excels

Global Campus was something very new to me last year and though I was excited about it we as a school couldn’t explore it to its full potential, and this year we have been successful in having the highest engagement as a school in India. We used new strategies to engage the students and teachers and the learning did not stop with the activities on Global Campus, the students used their ATL skills to develop their understanding and sharing it with their peers. This has made our school a very conscious community and I feel proud of it.
