Ms. Pallavi Mishra has close to two decades of experience in entirely international curricula including IBDP, IBMYP and IBPYP. She has successfully spearheaded the authorization process for all the three IB programmes, establishing the first IB continuum school in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Her hands-on experience with teaching and dealing with young minds has strengthened her philosophy that ‘value based and academically sound education is possible only through partnership of school and home.’
With a teaching and administrative career in international education, she has gained vast experience at well-reputed international schools in India like The International School, Bangalore, Indus International School and Gateway International School in various capacities.
Her last assignment has been as Principal, Legacy School-Bangalore. She has a Master’s Degree in English from the prestigious Miranda House at Delhi University, to her credit. She specializes in strategic planning, instructional design, student development, curriculum development and implementation and parental and community Involvement. Her vision is to impart holistic education to each student by recognition of each student as being unique.
Ms.Mishra is UGC NET (National Education Test) qualified, CIDTT certified teacher mentor by UK, Keele University and has completed a English World Literature course from Austin, Texas, USA.

Ms. Rachna Bagri has been part of the Oakridge family since 2014 and brings with her 16 years of rich experience in management, curriculum designing, and parent engagement. She played a crucial role in IB-PYP authorization at Oakridge. She had also been part of the school’s British Council membership initiative.
A graduate in Commerce and Education, Rachna has also done Nursery Teachers Training (NTT), Montessori Teachers Training (MTT), Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CIDTT) and Diploma in Education Management and Administration. She has been associated with Knowledge Education, Jaipur, Treamis World School, Bangalore and Oberoi International School, Mumbai Before her stint at Oakridge.
Ms. Bagri is passionate about providing holistic education to children through appropriate usage of technology, involving parents in children’s learning and an active sports program. She actively pursues her passion for swimming, badminton, and reading and is also an ardent traveler. Ms. Bagri is a proud mother of Oakridgers-Vatsal Bagri who will soon be joining the University of Toronto and Vanshi Bagri, a bright student of MYP 4.
