In my previous assignment with Indus International School, I worked as the Head of Middle School and successfully launched Middle Years Programme (MYP) and was instrumental in getting the school authorized. I hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics and have attained distinctions in Bachelor Degree in Education and Cambridge International Certificate for Teachers Examination. I have participated in profound IB and CIE workshops and regional conferences in India as well as abroad, and I strive at creating a warm environment for both parents and students of our school.
I am a committed educationist and a leader with a passion for learning and with the experience of enabling pupils from a rich cultural mix, of all abilities, to receive the most challenging of educational opportunities and achieve their full academic and personal potential, emphasizing and understanding their cultural needs.
I truly believe that a classroom is not only a ‘Temple of Learning’ but most importantly a ‘Temple of Transformation.’ The greatest joy one can derive is turning lives around. Nothing is as exciting and rewarding as being the cause of somebody’s success, and only a teacher is bestowed with this unique gift.
We believe it is our duty to enable our students to reach the world’s best universities after graduating from our school. So, we provide end-to-end college counselling support for students, enabling parents to process the entire college admissions through the school College Counselling Department.
