Physical Education is an integral part of any school. P.E. sessions benefit learners physical health. At Oakridge, there are two Physical education sessions in a week. Learners are always willing to run and the P.E. sessions are full of running activities.
There are group activities that are carefully planned by the P.E. Staff. Children learn to co-operate and develop healthy competition through group activities. Physical activities also ensure learners are active and fit. If such activities are inculcated early in children, they remain with them throughout.
