Ms. Ahluwalia started her career as a Primary School teacher with D.A.V. school Nerul, Mumbai and has since worked with diverse educational organizations. She has over 12 years of experience in managing multi-faceted roles in education, which include teaching, mentoring, training, content development, program management, curriculum development, process improvement and relationship management.
She is certified in Specific Learning Disability and has had the privilege of working with special needs children during her tenure at Indus International School. She has been awarded the Cambridge International Diploma for teachers and trainers and Train the Trainer master program to her credit.
Her journey of learning and growth of enriching her academic skills has been made by attending numerous workshops on Primary Years Program(IB) and also participating in an extensive workshop encompassing the emotional, social and ‘Special Education Needs’ of children. She has also been a part of designing, planning and conducting training modules for teachers.
She is deeply passionate about developing competencies of teachers and students to support holistic learning and development in the field of education.
