The accessibility to class teachers, coordinators, Headmistress is well looked after and cordiality is the keystone. The communication to parents by the class teachers is regularly carried out every week to update and apprise each other so that the beneficiary- the child ,is looked after. Class teachers are expected to make regular telephonic calls to parents to inform them the ongoing process to get feedback from the parents so that system makes the right balance.
The class teachers check with parents their feedback on what is to be started / continued / stopped. Regular monthly meetings are held with the parents as indicated in the school diary. The parents are also briefed about the curriculum issues and they are apprised of the total curriculum expectations. Parents are welcome to give their feedbacks on correction works, learning outcomes, course coverage, activities, field trips, etc.
The parents regularly receive weekly transaction reports which gives the complete details of the academic process of the previous week and the plans for the forthcoming week. The school diary is a useful mode of communication between parents and the class/subject teachers. Home works assigned, any issues or problem faced by the student and completion status of work assigned are noted and sent through the school diary.
