Capt. Rohit Sen Bajaj assumed command as Principal of Oakridge International School on 1 February, 2008.Capt. Bajaj has been a vibrant role model for both the students and faculty from day one.

- Has served as an officer in the 85 Armoured Regiment of the Indian Army.
- Officiated as a Squadron Commander; responsible for overall combat efficiency, administration and personnel of his squadron.

Ms. Jyothi Turaga - Vice Principal
- Ms.Jyothi Turaga joins the Oakridge wagon taking up the reins of administration as the Vice principal from July 2010.
- She brings with her a rich and varied experience of academics and administration.
- Having worked in schools of repute she has a total experience of 19 years in teaching and several administrative posts.
- A post graduate in English and Russian she also has the much acclaimed PGDTE from EFLU with a distinction.
- An M.Phil in English from the O.U saw her also submitting two research papers to educational journals in India.
- She is at present pursuing her post graduate studies in psychology.
- Her first love being teaching she has worked with under grads at the college level for almost 13 years.
- Later she shifted into schooling with the earnest belief of nurturing young minds. Her experience spans a decade in colleges and in a reputed CBSE school as the Academic head and later as the Vice Principal.
- A distinction in science at the graduate level and a triple gold medalist at the post graduate level sees her as a true academician. Having dealt with students, parents and teachers she feels that bringing up good citizens is the hallmark of true education.

Ms. Hema Sanjay - Headmistress
- Mrs Hemalatha Sanjay, Hema Sanjay as she is popularly known as, is a primary education professional with years of experience in creating, implementing, and continually improving on early childhood educational methodologies focused around the IB program.
- Experienced in handling multiple responsibilities and donning various roles.
- Has been associated with this institution from its formative years and witness to the outstanding growth of Oakridge.
- Ms. Hema facilitated the learning programmes at DG Elementary School, Canada in the year 2000.
- Moved back to India and became a part of the Oakridge fraternity in 2001.
- Started as a teaching faculty member, moved on to be a coordinator, and later the Manager-Innovations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, work efficiency, adaptability have helped in her steady progress.
- Has played a critical role in the school’s process of authorization under the IB banner.
- Subsequent to the authorization, had an extensive exposure to designing and implementing curriculum, processes, procedures and road map for the PYP Is highly interactive and held in very high esteem by parents and other stakeholders.

Col (Retd) Y.S. Ravindranath, BURSAR
- Col (Retd) Y S Ravindranath has been associated with Oakridge International School since August 2007, steering the Administrative Department with utmost proficiency. Is a Commerce graduate from Osmania University.
- Has served in the Indian Army for 31 years in the “MAHAR REGIMENT”.
- Has commanded an Infantry Battalion and Territorial Army Battalion in Counter Insurgency Operations in Jammu & Kashmir.
- Colonel R. Nath has a vast experience in Administration, Personnel Management, Security of Personnel and managing a large fleet of transport.
