All subjects in the Diploma Programme are graded by using a 1-7 scale.
Diploma programme students study six subjects, three at higher level and three at standard level. The grades awarded for each subject range from 1 (lowest) to 7 (highest).Students can also be awarded up to three bonus points for their combined results on theory of knowledge and the extended essay. Therefore, the highest total that a Diploma Programme student can be awarded is 45 points. The diploma is awarded to students who gain at least 24points, subject to certain minimum levels of performance across the whole diploma and satisfactory participation in Creativity, Action and Service (CAS).Students in the IB Diploma Programme may opt to study for the full Diploma or a combination of individual subjects , leading to IB certificate.

The highest aggregate score is 33. About 80 percent of the subjects got average grade points above World average. The average grade point for the diploma students is 5.3/7. Most subjects had a perfect score of 7/7.
