Mrs. Adilakshmi Chintalapati - Principal
Mrs. Adilakshmi Chintalapati brings her infectious enthusiasm and rich experience to the bench mark program at Oakridge International School, Einstein campus. As the founder Principal, she has nurtured this school since its inception in 2009 and managed to apply a delicate balance of thoughtful and approachable mentoring with experienced administration that makes Oakridge special. She continues to deliver the high standards that parents have come to expect from the Oakridge brand.
As the founder Headmistress of Oakridge International School, Newton Campus (2001to 2008), Mrs. Adilakshmi has proved a wellspring of insight into teacher-training and curriculum development. She was instrumental in the successful establishment of the junior school along with the implementation and authorization of the International Baccalaureate ( IB) Primary Years’ Program(PYP).
A former head at the Osmania University Affiliated Post Graduate Program in Education, She is an International Baccalaureate trained workshop leader and school visitor in the Primary Years’ Program. Holding a Masters in Nutrition and a second in Education, Mrs. Adilakshmi is trained in the Montessori and Waldorf methods of education. She also has a certificate in Multiple Intelligence from the Harvard University, USA.
A blend of steely determination and a humane approach, Mrs. Adilakshmi combines knowledge, creativity and compassion to inspire and serve as a role model for the faculty as well as the students. A life long learner herself, she applies her intellectual accomplishments and innovative leadership to bring together global perspectives and a down-to-earth approach to the school programmes.
With her dynamic and enabling leadership Mrs. Adilakshmi helps to actualize the vision of Oakridge International.
Mr. Venkat Suresh. L - Vice Principal
Mr. Venkata Suresh Lolla has outstanding achievements in academics and profound experience in both academic and administrative leadership.
As a Physics teacher, Mr. Suresh has invaluable teaching experience in secondary and senior secondary schools in Vijayawada & Hyderabad. Mr. Suresh has also been a Lecturer of Electronics in colleges. As Academic Coordinator with Oakridge International School, Newton Campus, he has seen several batches of students through the CBSE board examinations successfully. His experience as an Evaluator & Examiner of board papers and Center Superintendent of CBSE Board & AIEEE Examinations enriched the learning experience of students. Many of Suresh’s students are in the best of Ivy League & Colleges around the world. Many others are well placed in MNC’s, Established firms and organizations or entrepreneurs of repute. Mr. Suresh is credited amalgamating and executing the Cambridge Programme with CBSE in the school where he served as Principal, prior to his taking up with Oakridge International School, Einstein Campus.
Mr. Suresh combines his interests in environment, community & spiritualism with sciences and inculcates in students the value of community work and their responsibility as global citizens towards building up a healthy and greener world. He enjoys trekking and often joins the students on their adventure trips, nature & spiritual camps.
As a highly motivated and energetic person, Mr. Suresh, finds time to mentor students in competitive science projects and is himself a regular contributor to science periodicals for students.
